    1998年12月22日，菏泽市成立法律援助中心。针对人民群众对法律服务需求
增长的新特点，着力构建现代化信息平台，形成了上下贯通、左右联动、功能完
备、运转高效的工作体系。至2005年共接待来访7659件，提供上门服务926件次，
挽回经济损失7395万多元。依法化解了大量矛盾纠纷和"热点"、"难点"问题。
