    1998年7月， 法院设立立案庭，告诉申诉庭更名为审判监督庭。立案庭负责
全院案件的审查、 立案和信访工作，到2005年，共审查立案46872件，接待来信
来访18936人次。 法院设立案大厅，大厅有立案指导法官，指导当事人依法参与
诉讼，方便了群众。审判监督庭审查审理当事人对法院生效裁判文书不服又行申
诉的案件，从设立到2005年，共审查当事人申诉217件，立案审理138件，纠正错
误案件21件。
