    随着法院审理案件的增多，执行案件也呈大幅上升趋势，1986～2005年，法
院共执结各类案件12039件，标的4.75亿元，年执结案件数从1986年的109件上升
到2005年的1537件，增长了13倍。
    2000年，法院设立执行局，下设执行一庭和执行二庭，充实了执行力量，并
在法院系统首创设立了"140"专线电话，提出了"案件要执行，请拨140"的口号，"
140"建设的成功经验， 在全省法院得到推广。法院以"140"为依托，强化执行措
施，形成了执行工作"大合唱"。2000～2005年执结案件8626件，标的4.1亿元。
