    民事行政检察主要负责办理不服已经发生法律效力的民事、行政裁判提出的
申诉，对发现确有错误裁判依法提出抗诉；依法侦查在办理民事行政案件过程中
发生的职务犯罪案件。牡丹区人民检察院1995年成立民事行政检察科，至2005年，
共接待申诉案件361件，立案124件，向上级检察院提请抗诉94件，向法院发出再
审检察建议28件，法院改判67件。
