    牡丹区检察院在辖区看守所设立派驻检察室，依法对看守所监管活动、羁押
期限和刑罚执行活动是否合法进行监督，维护监管秩序和在押人员合法权益，保
障刑事诉讼活动顺利进行。1986～2005年，共初查自侦案件21件24人，立案查处
9件13人，移送起诉46件49人，办理立案监督58件，办理又犯罪案件79件86人。
