    2000年，牡丹区残联与市人民广播电台联办残疾人之友广播专题节目。2002
年，配合教育、文化等部门组织聋哑学校学生彩排文艺节目，组织参加特教学校
文艺比赛。2003年，在山东省残疾人运动会上，牡丹区肢残人侯永胜获举重二等
奖。
