    为充分发挥科技人员的聪明才智，服务于全区经济发展，区科协每年组织近
百名科技人员送科技下乡，把先进实用的科学技术送到群众手中。科技人员每年
提出近百条科技建议，参加科技咨询会30多次。同时根据市科协文件精神，区科
协联合区委组织部、 区人事局下发文件，每年征集学术成果100余篇左右，组织
专家进行初评后，积极推荐参加市级论文成果评选。
