    1986年后，随着市场经济体制的逐步确立，菏泽市内人口流动也发生一定的
变化，一些高学历的人员采取各种形式纷纷流向外地就业。2001～2005年，牡丹
区迁移流动人口中迁出人口远多于迁入人口，每年净迁出1000多人，其中大部分
是本科及以上学历的高校毕业生选择外地就业。
