    1990年《中华人民共和国归侨侨眷权益保护法》及《中华人民共和国归侨侨
眷权益保护法实施办法》颁布。1991年山东省制定了《山东省实施〈中华人民共
和国归侨侨眷权益保护法〉》，至2005年，牡丹区侨务部门先后为3000余人次解
答了侨务政策咨询，受理来信来访2000余人次，先后为50名"三侨"考生办理了升
学照顾手续； 为12名归侨、侨眷办理了出国探亲手续；为9户归侨、侨眷解决了
侨房拆迁赔偿和开发建设问题； 协同有关部门为3名下岗侨眷解决了再就业；为
136名归侨、侨眷办理了身份证；为归侨、侨眷办实事1000余件。
