    牡丹区因公出国人员要提出书面申请，填写相关表格，由区外事办预审、上
报上级主管部门，经批准后办理出国手续。1986～2005年底到美国、韩国、日本、
澳大利亚、法国、德国、香港等国家(地区) 因公出国考察、经贸洽谈人员200余
人，平均每年10人。
