    牡丹区人民政府法制办公室是负责区政府法制工作的职能机构，正科级行政
单位。其前身是1990年6月设立的菏泽市人民政府法制局，2001年1月更名为牡丹
区人民政府法制办公局，2002年11月改称现名，隶属于区政府办公室管理。
