    1986年，遵照上级指示精神，对往年遗留的历史积案，本着尊重历史，坚持
实事求是的原则，进行了复查或复议。牡丹区纪委、监察局先后复查历史遗留案
件112起。 其中有88人撤消了原来的结论，35人恢复了党籍，49人改变了原来的
处分。
