    菏泽市统计局于1998年6月成立了法规教育股， 配备了专职人员，并且配发
了省政府颁发的执法证。逐步形成了以专职人员为主、业务人员参与、覆盖全区
的全员统计法规监督检查网络。2000年菏泽市统计局与监察、司法、法制、审计、
财政联合相继开展了多次全区统计执法大检查，增强了社会统计法律法规意识，
统计基础工作的得到了进一步改善。
