    1990年5月， 经山东省航运管理局批准，菏泽市航运公司成立，业务主管部
门为原县级菏泽市交通局。 2001年4月，改名称为菏泽市牡丹区航运公司。公司
主营水上普通货物运输和船舶业务代理， 通船水域为鲁、苏、皖、豫、浙、沪6
个省市内河及长江水域上海吴淞口至湖北宜昌段。
    2004年9月，菏泽市牡丹区航管所成立，同年10月，牡丹区地方海事处成立，
与航管所合属办公，属牡丹区交通局下辖股级单位，共有干部职工10人。2000年
11月， 牡丹区李村镇闫楼黄河浮桥开工建设。2005年1月底建成通车，属全区首
座黄河浮桥。
