    1986年后，牡丹区农村经济得到迅速发展，农民生活水平有了很大程度的提
高，对居住条件有了更高的要求。多数农户建造了砖木结构的新房，部分农户建
造起砖混结构的不同样式的前出厦平屋顶新房，先富起来的农户则建造砖混结构
的二、三层楼房。由于新型建筑材料的出现和使用，建房逐渐讲究美观、大方、
适用并注重装饰，院内栽花种草美化环境。
