    民营经济支撑着牡丹区财政收入的不断增加。2005年，牡丹区民营工业企业
实现销售收入23.7亿元， 比上年同期增长21%，比2001年提高20个百分点；实现
利税5亿元，比上年同期增长10%，比2001年提高19.5个百分点。
    2005年民营经济上缴税金1.96亿元， 占牡丹区当年地方财政收入的80%。民
营经济增加了社会就业，促进了社会稳定。2005年，牡丹区民营经济吸纳劳动力
达到10万余人，占牡丹区劳动力人口总数的15%。
