    菏泽市（县）的劳动管理机构是建国后设立的。开始叫城关镇劳动股。
1956年3月成立菏泽县劳动科，设科长1人、办事员2人。1960年改科为局，有
正副局长各1人，办事员3人。1962年劳动局撤销，劳动就业归县计划委员会
管理。1970年恢复劳动局，设局长1人、副局长2人、办事员5人。至1985年，
劳动局除下设服务公司或训练中心外，局机关本身设有计划调配股、工资福
利股、安全劳保监察股；人员增至17名。
