    1984年3月正式成立了菏泽市外事办公室，至1985年底先后接待了美国、
西德、苏联、加拿大、澳大利亚、新加坡、朝鲜、巴西等20多个国家的外宾。
平均每年接待150～200人。吸引外商在菏泽办合资企业3个，引进外资160万美
元和300万人民币。外商独资企业菏泽市柏青大厦有限公司已开始筹建。大厦
高13层，占地1．1万平方米，投资约700万美元，系国际三星级宾馆。
