    1983年，“民盟”在菏泽市只有王宪礼、李树铭2人。1984年发展盟员4人，
并于是年4月13日建立“民盟山东省菏泽市直属小组”。何淑淦任组长，李树
铭任副组长。1985年底盟员发展到22名。
