建设。其中，怡景丽家、万福典当行开业，台北新城、澳尔诺家居完成主体工程并开盘，民族文化大
厦的装修接近尾声。辖区内汽车贸易、电脑电信等现代服务业销售份额不断增加，易通汽贸、华菱汽
贸、临沂汽贸公司、二手车交易市场，新华路电脑、复印机办公用品、手机电信等销售一条街的优势
进一步显现。
