    本着“维护就是服务，维护就是经营”的原则，在设备号少、线路资源紧张的情况下，抓住业务
流程再造的契机，从各部门抽调出专业线路维护人员，与工程公司联手，对现有线路进行大的改造，
在一定程度上缓解了线路资源紧张的局面。本着“努力打造精品网络，不断提升服务水平”的目标，
在发展业务的同时，加大对网络的升级改造，全面提升网络安全性；对白沙埠、朱保、马厂湖线路进
行整治。配合南坊开发建设，进行大量的杆路、管道迁移工程，投入资金 485 万元，更换水泥杆600
余棵，线路 25 多皮长公里。对交换设备进行扩容，大力发展农村宽带网，覆盖率达100%，完成集
团公司提议的“宽带村村通”工程。
