    制定印发《2007年全区统计法制工作重点》。加强普法宣传教育，利用农业普查、人口抽样调查、
专业会议、业务培训等时机，加强对统计人员、统计调查单位负责人统计法律法规的培训，特别是对
新纳入定期统计范围单位、统计违法单位统计人员和负责人的普法教育，以案释法，增强他们依法统
计的自觉性；加大统计执法力度，结合普查和专业统计工作组织开展集中的统计执法检查活动。依法
查处统计违法案件，对违法者给予严厉惩处，起到查处一案、教育一片的社会宣传效果。
