    通过开展继续教育、上岗培训、资格考试，进一步强化数据质量意识。年内，共培训基层统计人
员236人次，88人参加上岗和资格考试。区局有7人先后参加国家和省统计部门组织的业务培训班。同
时，通过“周五学习日”组织全体人员学习相关业务知识，和省、市最新统计成果。进一步建立健全
各项规章制度，不断强化思想作风建设。修订完善《机关岗位责任制》，以此来规范职工行为，调动
工作积极性。加强党风廉政建设，班子更加廉洁、勤政、务实、高效。
