    加强药品抽验工作，把抽验和稽查有机配合，通过及时传递不合格药品信息，使抽验更有针对性，
假劣药品得到及时查处。建立健全药品不良反应监测网络，畅通不良反应报告渠道。按照“点、线、
面相结合，最大程度广覆盖”的工作思路，以二级以上医疗机构的药品不良反应监测为重点，同时加
大推进乡镇药品不良反应监测工作的力度，进一步延伸基层乡镇监测网络。
