定《兰山区安全生产责任制实施办法》，进一步明确政府、职能部门和各级领导干部的安全生产责任，
层层签订安全生产目标管理责任书，将安全生产任务目标和控制指标逐级进行量化分解。继续推行安
全生产“一票否决”规定和“一岗双责”责任制，从源头上防范各类生产安全事故的发生。
