    2007年，兰山交警大队继续深化以“抓基层、打基础、苦练基本功”为内容的“三基”工程建设，
不断加强基层、基础设施建设。根据基层正规化建设要求，积极完善科技配置、努力改善办公条件，
认真开展正规化达标建设工作。同时，采取以“集中培训为主，岗位练兵为辅”的方式，深化“百十
一”练兵活动，在各业务岗位认真开展了岗位技能培训，切实提高了民警的业务素质和执法水平。
