    坚持力量往基层使、工作往实里干，为基层单位更新警车20部、微机20余台以及价值260余万元
的警用装备。大力实施了社区警务战略，投资100余万元建成了60个社区警务室，延伸了公安工作的
阵地和触角，提升了基层单位的打击防控效能。顺利完成了分局机构改革，全局一线警力达到523人，
其中派出所警力达到245人，占总警力的444%，一线警力和现实战斗力得到加强。
