涉车侵财犯罪集中行动、冬季严打整治等一系列专项斗争，保持了严打的高压态势。年内，共抓获各
类违法犯罪嫌疑人10881名，其中刑拘2870名，逮捕1048名，劳动教养145名，治安拘留2608人，治安
罚款1731人；破获各类刑事案件4724起，查处治安案件3561起；摧毁犯罪集团31个，成员140名；缴
获赃款赃物总价值732万元。
