    2007年，全区各级残联以科学发展观为统领，以改善残疾人生活状况为主线，以构建和谐社会为
动力，积极实施残疾人事业发展“十一五”规划，按照“夯实基础，提升水平，创新开拓，争创一流”
的工作思路，突出重点，主攻难点，打造亮点，扎扎实实为残疾人办好事、办实事，残疾人康复、教
育、 就业、 宣传、文体、扶贫、维权和基础设施建设等各项工作均取得了显著进步，荣获“山东省
‘十五’残疾人康复工作先进单位”和“全市残疾人工作先进单位”等称号。
