区政府各行政执法部门分别成立法制工作机构或者确定了履行法制工作职责的人员，明确其工作职责
和权限，并不断加强自身建设，有计划地举办法制讲座和外派培训。继续加强法制机构自身建设，认
真履行职责，确保办案质量。设法创造条件完善工作设施设备，强化法制机构工作人员业务学习，努
力造就一支高素质的法制工作队伍。
