第一章  位置
    临沂市位于山东省东南部，地理坐标：北纬34°52′～35°31′，东经118°02′～118°39′。
东界莒南县、临沭县，西邻费县、苍山县，南接郯城县，北依沂南县。东西最大距离51公里，南北最
大距离57公里，面积1748．46平方公里。
    市区位于市境中部，东临沂河，北濒祊河，面积52．59平方公里，为临沂地区及临沂市的政治、
经济、文化中心。市区西北至济南280公里，至北京723公里。
