    2003年，全区人民在区委、区政府的正确领导下，团结奋进，努力开拓，克服“非典”疫情等不
利因素的影响，使全区经济得到持续快速发展。全区实现国内生产总值79.31亿元，同比增长19.69%，
增速高于上年3.54个百分点。 其中： 第一产业增加值5.29亿元， 增长1.73%；第二产业实现增加值
47.84亿元，增长26.43%；第三产业实现增加值26.18亿元，增长13.19%。一、二、三产业所占比重
分别是6.6%、60.3%、33.1%。财力集中程度继续提高，财政收入占GDP比重达8.07%，比上年高0.2
个百分点，全区综合经济实力进一步增强。
