    遗址位于县城西南25公里，石门镇荞麦涧村东。面积约12万平方米，保护范围内有多条自
然冲沟， 西北为荞麦涧水库。从断崖上看，文化层厚约3.5米。遗址内涵丰富，出土遗物有鼎
足、鬲足、残陶器、陶器口沿、石箭镞、半月形双孔玉镰。陶器质地为夹砂黑陶及夹褐陶，大
部分保存较好。
    2006年，该遗址被临沂市人民政府公布为重点文物保护单位。
