    俗称“平车”，由车脚、车盘和车把组成。车脚是在一根车轴两端各安装一个车轮，初为
木质，20世纪50年代末，改用轴承胶轮。车架为长方形，装在车脚上，用以运载。车把两个，
分在两侧，在车脚前，由人拉拽。此车可载货400公斤左右。
    60年代，地排车是临沭主要的短途运输工具之一。1967年，县搬运社有地排车26辆，大多
数由人力改为畜力，载重量由400公斤增加到600公斤左右。1970年后，县内汽车、拖拉机增多，
地排车在运输市场逐渐减少。1977年，县运输公司的地排车全部停用。现在，县内农村仍有少
量使用，多用于农业生产。
