【概述】   山东省石油集团临沭分公司，始建于1961年8月，时称临沭县煤建公司经营组，
1976年1月，石油经营分设，成立临沭县石油公司。1979年1月，改称山东省临沂石油采购供
应站临沭分站。 1988年1月， 改称山东省石油公司临沭分公司， 升格为小型（一）企业。
1993年1月，改称为山东省石油集团临沭公司，2001年1月改称中国石油化工股份有限公司山
东临沂临沭石油分公司至今。企业下设16个加油站，库存量1800立方米，固定资产达1539万
元， 现有职工103人，专业技术人员36人，其中经济师5人，会计师3人，每月销售各种成品
油3500吨。2006年实缴税金208万元。
