    至2007年年底，全县共建有塘坝647座，遍布临沭县各乡镇，总库容726.8万立方米，有效灌溉面积2697.34公顷，养殖水面79.72公顷。塘坝为保障山区灌溉、人畜饮水发挥了积极作用。
