    临沭县职工教育学校于1983年12月在县城筹办。至1985年6月先后办了9期短训班，培训
职工554人。1984年7月，学校为临沂地区电大分校招收工科电大班(机械专业) 1个，学员21
人， 学制三年。1985年7月，学校挂在“郯城职工中等专业学校”名下，招收企业管理中专
班1个，学员51人，学制三年。
    学校用电视接收、播放录音等教学手段上课，由专职教师或聘请兼职教师辅导，以自学
为主。
    学校由县职工教育办公室管理。
