    1963年，县邮电局开展大练基本功活动，举办业务培训班14期，参加职工196人次。1964年，16名支局长参加了地区邮电局举办的业务培训。1979年，在省邮电系统技术等级考核中，94人参加，有16人达到优秀，54人达到良好。1989年6月，县邮电局组织“六大工种”的业务尖子参加地区邮电系统的业务比赛，获团体总分第二名。9月，有182人参加全国邮电工人业务技术等级考核，其中合格者达177人。1964-1989年，共举办各种学习班65期，受训人员达166人次。
