    沂南县铁合金厂，为孙祖乡办企业，是临沂地区电业局扶贫项目。1988年4月筹建，当年建成投产。1989年，有职工277人，固定资产原值672万元，净值581.22万元，流动资金年末占有595.12万元，主要设备有硅铁炉两座。主要能源消耗：焦炭1580吨/年，电2400万度，油55.8吨。属高耗能单位。年产硅铁1910吨，全部出口，总产值705万元，总收入311.47万元，税金31.6万元，利润30万元。
