    1981年4月12日，建立县公证处，共3人。1989年增至10人。其中，主任1人，副主任1人，公证员3人。1981－1986年，共办理公证5640件,收费4.2万元。其中,经济合同公证5349件,收费3.9万元。1987－1989年，共办理公证6361件，收费4.23万元，其中，经济合同公证5072件,收费3.2万元。
    1984年，为解决国家储粮设备不足的困难，全县开展“民代国储”活动，公证处共办理农民储粮合同51513份,代储粮食3000多万公斤，受到省司法厅表彰。
