    1956年4月，对“镇压反革命”运动中审结的案件进行复审，驳回申诉、维持原判的占66％；改判减刑的占24％；教育释放的占6％，无罪释放的占4％。1962年5月至1963年2月,复查案件153件，发现冤案2件，错案38件。1979年，对1966－1978年判决的反革命案件和其他刑事案件进行复查，复查率达99.5％，其中，改判减刑的49件，免于刑事处分的5件，宣告无罪的45件。1980－1989年，共复查刑事申诉案526件,其中，驳回申诉、维持原判的327件,改判减刑的96件，免于刑事处分的7件，宣告无罪的30件。
