    经济审判庭成立前，经济纠纷案件由民事审判庭审理。1981年10月至1989年，经济审判庭共受理经济纠纷案件1020件,审结973件，结案率为95％。在审结案件中，购销合同纠纷案241件，债务纠纷案415件，工程承包合同纠纷案6件，财产租赁合同纠纷案11件，保险合同纠纷案3件，加工承揽合同纠纷案9件，仓储保管合同纠纷案228件,农村承包合同纠纷案58件，其它经济纠纷案62件,诉讼标的额621.3万元。
