    1955－1958年，检察监所、劳改队15次，对管理人员擅自给监管对象加刑、克扣囚粮和管理松懈导致犯人串供、越狱等问题，及时作了处理。1981年7月－1982年7月，检察院派2人常驻看守所，对管理人员进行监督，并协助管理人员，搞好对犯人的教育和监所秩序。1985年，与公安部门联合制定了监所、派出所、外执犯所在单位及其亲属四方联合帮教协议书。1988年5月，在有关部门配合下，拍摄《大墙内外》两集录象片，在劳改队和各乡镇播放，收到一定的效果。
