    1919年费县共有道观360处。较著名的有上冶东岭的玉泉观、蒙山前的云溪观、石沟村的龙仙观等。本县的道观，多供奉“乾宫教主”和“纯阳道君”，有法坛活动及庙会香火。分为“全真道”与“正一道”两大派。全真道出家，不食荤，不结婚；正一道在家，可以食荤、结婚。建国后，道教活动停止。
