    1984-1988年,县、乡科协和各学(协)会根据自身特点和专业面向群众的原则,开展了多种形式的科技咨询服务活动,共为群众解答了5000多条(次)各类技术问题。1985年4月,县科协牵头,组织县农学会、林学会、畜牧学会等学(协)会的会员,在集市上开展为农民咨询服务活动,仅1个月的时间,即发放“明白纸”5000多份,解答群众提问2000多条,并把农民急需的良种、农药、激素等供应到门，受到广大群众的好评。
