    2014年，全县人力资源和社会保障工作着力实施人才强县战略，稳步推进各项人事制度改革，深
入实施积极的就业政策，通过强化就业、创业双线齐推，实现了城乡就业统筹推进、社会保障更加健
全、 人事人才公共服务不断强化、 劳动关系趋向和谐、 职业教育不断加强的目标。 全年新增就业
8500人，农村劳动力转移就业 2.4万人，组织招录 618名公务员和 808名事业单位人员。全县共征缴
各类社会保险费 7.5亿元，支付各种待遇 6.88亿元。
