    狠抓服务体系标准化建设，按照市人口计生委《关于对全市计划生育技术服务机构进行校验的通
知》要求，以服务机构规范化建设为抓手，全面提升服务功能。5月 8～9日，县抽调计生专业技术人
员组成 2个评审小组对 13处镇级计生服务站进行了现场评审，全部通过了验收。大力实施免费孕前
优生健康查体工作，向待孕人群宣传孕前检查的必要性，向查体人群反馈检查结果，向高危人群提供
后续治疗指导建议，促进优生优育。全年共投入 456万元，为 9500对夫妇开展了免费孕前优生健康
检查。
