    针对遗留的信访积案和全县有影响的信访突出问题连续开展三次集中活动，共交办案件 226件，
对这些案件真正做到“一起案子、一名领导、一套班子、一个方案、一抓到底”，对需要解决的案件
限期解决，对稳控的案件要盯死看牢，切实做好化解和稳控工作。目前这些案件已全部结案，结案率
达到 100%，结服 125件，群众满意率 55.3%，基本达到了预期效果。一大批困扰我县多年的老案、
“骨头”案得到有效化解，促进了社会稳定。
