    全县基层医疗机构实行绩效考核和绩效工资制，绩效工资重点向关键岗位、业务骨干和作出突出
贡献的人员倾斜。全面核实系统内各单位人员结构状况，继续实施专业技术人员考录机制，至 2014
年年底，考聘卫生专业技术人员 96名，其中研究生及以上学历高层次人才14名，本科及以下学历事
业编 82名。
