    坚持“抓基层、打基础、谋长远”，实施资源挖潜整合，筹措卫生强基帮扶资金 399万元，用于
乡镇卫生院和村卫生室配备医疗设备和建设业务用房，改善农民就医条件。探索对口帮扶的新路子，
县医院、县中医医院、县疾控中心、县妇幼保健院共划拨帮扶资金 200万元，集中对口帮扶卞桥、仲
村、白彦、郑城、魏庄等卫生院，兼顾帮扶其它有困难的卫生院。同时，县医院、县中医医院派出专
家到帮扶卫生院长期坐诊，开展业务指导和培训。
